— 1+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or related roles within the IT field;
— Strong understanding of IT business processes (SDLC) and software delivery operations;
— Experience collaborating with European markets and working within international, multicultural teams;
— A deep, practical grasp of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework;
— Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken)—you can confidently communicate with clients and teams;
— Top-notch time management, self-organization, and process prioritization skills;
— Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs, assess team results, and spot potential risks before they become problems;
— An initiative-driven and proactive mindset—you don’t wait for tasks; you spot areas for improvement.
— Hands-on experience with daily tools like Jira, Confluence, Outlook, and MS Teams.
Our project is a compliance recording and assurance solution. It enables organizations to record all regulated employee communications—traditional, unified, and mobile — while ensuring compliance with global regulations. Thus, it is used in various industries, especially in financial services: banks, investment firms, and trading desks, as a powerful solution for reputation risk management.
You’ll join a mature, supportive environment where you will work directly with cross-functional teams totaling around 20 talented professionals.
1. HR Interview: A friendly video call to meet each other, talk about your background, and check English;
2. Technical Interview: A deep-dive discussion about Agile scenarios, facilitation techniques, and your problem-solving approaches;
3. Client Interview: A conversation with our client to ensure mutual alignment and project fit;
4. Final Interview: A closing chat to finalize details, talk about terms, and welcome you to the team.
— You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives), ensuring they are productive, engaging, and valuable;
— You will support engineering teams and stakeholders, helping them adopt Agile principles and best practices naturally;
— You will identify and mitigate risks, helping the team clear blockers and dependencies that impact sprint commitments;
— You will foster transparency across cross-functional teams, keeping everyone aligned on priorities, progress, and upcoming milestones;
— You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing team feedback, delivery metrics, and reports to make our processes smoother and more efficient.
