Sales Development Representative (Middle)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative to generate a high-quality pipeline for Epicflow.

This role is ideal for someone with B2B SaaS prospecting experience who wants to grow in a more consultative sales environment. You will identify target accounts, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team.

This is not a volume-based role — we value understanding client needs, clear communication with stakeholders, and professional representation of the brand.

Requirements

– 3-4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role in B2B SaaS;
– proven track record of booking qualified meetings through outbound prospecting;
– strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
– confidence in cold outreach across multiple channels;
– ability to research accounts, personalize messaging, and qualify opportunities effectively;
– strong organizational skills and disciplined CRM hygiene;
– a proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset;
– ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.

Would Be a Plus

– experience with mid-market or enterprise sales environments;
– familiarity with project management, portfolio management, resource management, or operations-related software;
– experience with tools such as Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar;
– understanding of qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC, or SPICED;
– experience working in a consultative or solution-oriented sales process.

Responsibilities

– generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, events, and targeted campaigns;
– qualify inbound leads and turn marketing-generated interest into sales-ready conversations;
– research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers and influencers;
– engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand their challenges;
– communicate Epicflow’s value proposition in a clear, relevant, and compelling way;
– book high-quality discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives;
– maintain accurate CRM data, activity records, and qualification notes;
– collaborate closely with marketing and sales to improve messaging, lead quality, and campaign follow-up;
– share insights from prospect conversations, including objections, market trends, and use-case patterns.
