Middle Python Developer
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Python Developer with commercial experience to join our dynamic team!
Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in Python development;
— Strong experience with Django framework;
— Deep understanding of building autonomous agents, multi-agent systems (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph), and tool-use (function calling).
— Practical experience with ML, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and RAG;
— Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases;
— Hands-on experience with Linux environments and version control (Git);
— Intermediate English level or higher;
— Deep passion for the AI ecosystem.
Would Be a Plus
— Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
— Contribute to technical solutions and write clean, maintainable, and high-quality Python code for our modular backend.
— Participate in debugging and troubleshooting a multi-agent virtual assistant system;
— Create and maintain clear technical documentation;
— Join conference calls and meetings with stakeholders when required;
— Participate in estimation, grooming, and planning sessions.
