— Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand/HR, Marketing/PR;
— Deep knowledge and understanding of Employer Branding principles and practices;
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
— Experience in organizing and running events;
— Creative thinking and ability to adapt ideas to internal needs and event goals;
— Communication skills – basic copywriting, preparation of short notes, presentations;
— Diplomacy, decency, and strong interpersonal skills;
— Team player;
— English proficiency Upper-Intermediate or above.
— Understanding of the IT market;
— Higher education in Marketing, Journalism, or PR.
