Junior QA Manual Engineer #2

Requirements

  • 6+ months of commercial experience in Manual QA;
  • Solid understanding of Scrum frameworks and modern CI/CD processes;
  • Hands-on experience with issue-tracking systems, especially Jira;
  • Good understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and practical experience with Postman;
  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL and comfort working with CLI;
  • Awareness of microservice architecture principles;
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2)  to communicate clearly with international stakeholders.

About project

This enterprise software system provides cloud solutions for managing customer service and contact center operations. It features artificial intelligence tools that automatically analyze conversations, route incoming customer requests, and assist support agents during live calls.

Developers interact with the platform through REST APIs and software development kits to build custom UI components or connect external database systems. The architecture emphasizes compliance standards and reliable data encryption to protect sensitive call logs and customer information.

Responsibilities

  • You will analyze requirements and design clear, maintainable test documentation;
  • You will execute test cases for desktop applications on Windows, identifying bugs before they hit production;
  • You will test APIs and databases, validating client-server architecture using Postman and running MS SQL queries;
  • You will set up and deploy testing environments using basic CLI commands;
  • You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and client stakeholders in an Agile environment to keep project quality transparent.
