On October 12-13, Kyiv hosted one of the biggest conferences about outsource development with more than one thousand attendees – Outsource People Conference 2019. Top experts from such companies as EBRD, HYS, Nika Tech Family, Aciety, Eleks, Infopulse, CHI Software, and Ratio Software Engineering conducted workshops and gave talks about outsource challenges in 4 streams: Strategy development, Sales, Marketing, Fail Track.

Yuri Warczynski, a co-founder of the HYS Enterprise software development company and a multi-project management evangelist at Epicflow, shared his experience about multi-project transparency as a business strategy to the IT companies. He described how transparency affects a project and the ways of implementing it in the internal processes to avoid lack of hidden agendas and gain profit. 

It was a great chance to meet with peers, exchange ideas and get inspired by innovative outsource initiatives and technologies. The conference provided an excellent opportunity for networking and discussing the main challenges for the outsource companies and how to overcome them.
