We have had an exciting three years! Birthed as an idea of passionate people with a drive towards cutting-edge technology, HYS Enterprise set sail in 2007. Throughout our journey we have been accompanied by inspirational, talented and enthusiastic people, and have passed many milestones in developing a team capable of meeting our goal of "Helping You Succeed." This site will help introduce you to who we are, what we value, and the work we do.

HYS Enterprise was founded by Yuri Warczynski and Hans Uithol in 2007. Today we employ over 50 people and continue to grow.

We are strongly committed to our clients' success, a goal which is reflected in our values and everything we do. Whether building a new custom system for a client, fixing a derailed project, or helping to align software development with business, HYS delivers. Our customers observe visible results within weeks, not months or years, a fact we are proud of and one most appreciated by our clients.

We are based in the Netherlands and Ukraine with representatives in Germany, and we provide services from each location. In 2008, our mission required expanding into building and distributing world class positioning services. Our mother company, HYS Holding, acquired shares in SMARTposition, V.O.F and launched SMARTposition, BV to utilize our software development expertise and provide location-based services (LBS) to parents, caretakers of the elderly/Alzheimer sufferers, or anyone with the responsibility of knowing the whereabouts of someone in their care.
