Hans Uithol, Co-Founder and CEO

Hans Uithol is co-founder and CEO of HYS Enterprise, and has more than 30 years experience in management in the software development industry, ranging from real time systems in telecom and banking to application software for insurance agencies. As part of Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies, he managed the development, integration and rollout of systems using cutting edge technology with high quality standards. Systems included digital telephony, GSM networks (including standardization) and fiber optic transmission systems. Later he used this extensive knowledge gained in managing large development projects to lead Credit Europe Bank in the expansion towards East Europe.

Hans has managed client contracts and relationships in very stressful situations, but has always been able create an atmosphere where both the client and his company were extremely satisfied with the end result. He has a passion for winning, where the benefits accrue not just to the company, but more importantly, to the clients.

Yuri Warczynski, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman

Yuri Warczynski is co-founder and Executive Chairman of HYS Enterprise, BV. With more than 17 years of technology experience, Yuri is a tested and tried information technology professional. Yuri has guided HYS Enterprise in the development of expertise in project & portfolio management, business analysis, Agile development, large scale software development utilizing highly distributed teams, operations management and business process management.

During the last 9 years, Yuri has provided IT services to clients in the insurance, banking, GSM, energy, leasing, retail, transportation and software development industries. He has also directed large projects at companies including Credit Europe Bank, Aspider Solutions and Blue Sea Technology. Yuri's management style combines comprehensive study of emerging technologies, the passion to build highly motivated teams, strong personal determination and love for cutting-edge technology.
