We are searching for Siebel CRM specialist to work with project team on analysis, design and implementation of solutions based on Siebel product in the environment of financial products.

The Siebel CRM specialist is responsible for technical and/or functional specification based on Siebel.

Job Description:

• Cooperation on analysis of customer requirements
• Design implementation of CRM processes into application
• Participation on solution design
• Creation of functional and technical specifications
• Implementation of new functionalities
• Functionality upgrade and extension of existing parts of systems
• Communication with customer (identification of needs, approval of design documents)
• Leading the implementation team - identification of particular tasks for developers, their professional education and growths
• Testing selected parts of the systems
• Responsibility for documentation of the system
• Support and maintenance of existing systems

Experience/Skills Required:

• Technical university degree (IT/Finance)
• 2+ year experience in creating Siebel specifications/Siebel design
• Technical knowledge of Siebel: hands-on experience in implementation of Siebel)
• 2+ years of programming (C/C#/C++, Java Script, PL/SQL), plus at least 1 year of Siebel design experience
• Lead experience or skills
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English language, Hungarian native
• Broad overview in IT technologies is an advantage
• Teamwork, flexibility, pro-active approach to meet deadlines
